Reef at King’s Dock Review
As a rule of thumb for my datacrunchrealestate website, I only write reviews about new launches which exhibit a positive growth rate for the residential properties surrounding as it will be easier to see how much is the market value of the new launch when it TOPs and then we can work ourselves backwards.
Based on my initial calculations, Corals at Keppel Bay was sold overpriced when it gained TOP status in 2016 so the prices have stagnated or gone down.
However, there are many potentially good points for this new launch.
- Great Southern Waterfront Redevelopment based on URA’s Masterplan 2019 is set to take place and Reef at King’s Dock is located right on it
- The recovery for the Real Estate market in Singapore is on its way.
- The bank interest rates, as of January 2020, is one of the lowest on record.
Real Estate in Singapore, on average and when not purchased overpriced, will grow at an average of 3% per year. Once the Reef at King’s Dock reaches the actual market value, I do expect it to be a very good investment to hold.
For families who are interested in living close to the sea with waterfront views, there’s really no other better place to be in.
