Marina One Residences Review
As a policy, I will only write reviews about developments which has passed the real estate investing calculations under the worst-case scenario. Based on the statistics and calculations I’ve done for April 2020, it has only passed the average case scenario calculations. Based on this, I can only tell you personally what my thoughts on Marina One Residences are if you contact me.
It will pass the worst-case scenario only if the following factors changes
- There’s an increase in transacted rent prices
- There is a decrease in the asking price made by the developer. However, there are 2nd hand resale units that can be bought at a price that passes the worst-case scenario calculations.
There is also a margin of error on my calculations due to the fact that I only used the records of one unit transaction and due to the simple fact that a different size unit at a different floor will give you different results. As mentioned, I will use more records for your report on your unit.
